Global Talent Confederation

  1. General Provisions
    • 1.1. This offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is an official proposal for joining the International Confederation of Talents (hereinafter referred to as the “Confederation”).
    • 1.2. By accepting this Offer, the individual confirms their agreement with the terms and conditions of this document in full.
  2. Terms of Participation
    • 2.1 Membership in the Confederation is open to all individuals and legal entities who meet the criteria and conditions set forth in this document.
    • 2.2 To join the Confederation, it is necessary to fill out the application form on the Confederation’s official website and select one of the membership packages: Gold, Platinum, or Diamond.
    • 2.3 The membership fee is paid either in a lump sum or in installments according to the chosen package.
    • 2.4 Membership packages provide unique benefits, including prestigious awards, publication opportunities, and access to events and trainings.
  3. Rights and Responsibilities of Members
    • 3.1. Rights:
      • 1. Members are entitled to a prestigious award according to their membership package.
      • 2. They will have regular articles published about them on the website.
      • 3. Members will be featured in an independent publication.
      • 4. They will have a presentation video created about them.
      • 5. Members will receive wide publicity on social networks of the project and its partners.
      • 6. They will have a personal page on the project website.
      • 7. Members will be invited to participate in the annual convention of the World Confederation of Talents.
      • 8. They can participate in online trainings and conferences organized by the project.
      • 9. Members have the opportunity to take part in live broadcasts to share their experiences.
      • 10. They can join closed groups of the project.
      • 11. Members may assume the role of speaker and supervisor in the project’s training and master classes.
      • 12. They can conduct personal master classes, exchange experiences, and organize events under the project’s auspices.
      • 13. Members can obtain letters of recommendation.
      • 14. They have the possibility of using membership to confirm their status.
      • 15. Regardless of the membership package, each participant will receive individual favorable conditions for participation in the Golden Time Talent London Festival, exhibitions, and other project events, including online competitions.
    • 3.2. Responsibilities:
      • 1. Members must have a unique talent and demonstrate potential for development in their field of creativity and art, as confirmed by awards, diplomas, events, exhibitions, or performances of an international nature.
      • 2. Members should strive for the highest quality of their work and show professionalism.
      • 3. Members should be open to sharing ideas, cooperation, and mutual support with other talented individuals within the confederation.
      • 4. Members must comply with ethical norms and principles, not infringe copyright, and respect the intellectual property of other participants.
      • 5. Members must take an active part in events, competitions, exhibitions, and other activities organized by the confederation.
      • 6. The price of membership packages does not include delivery of the award, possible additional costs associated with live events of the project or confederation conventions, such as participation in brunches or production of awards for the award ceremony at the annual convention.
      • 7. The right to participate in the annual congress is granted to members of the confederation who have paid the fee no later than 2 months before the date of the congress.
      • 8. The organizer reserves the right to choose the date of the annual convention after 6 months from the launch of the project.
  4. Rights and Responsibilities of the Confederation
    • 4.1. Rights of the Confederation:
      • 1. The Confederation has the right to establish criteria and conditions for membership in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Confederation.
      • 2. It has the right to admit and exclude members of the Confederation in accordance with established rules and procedures.
      • 3. The Confederation is entitled to organize events, competitions, festivals, and other activities to support and develop talented individuals in various fields of creativity and art.
      • 4. It has the right to use information about members of the Confederation in accordance with the privacy policy and within the goals of the Confederation.
      • 5. The Confederation is entitled to organize and conduct educational events, training sessions, master classes, and other forms of educational activities for members of the Confederation.
      • 6. It has the right to develop and approve rules and regulations governing the activities of the Confederation and its members.
      • 7. The Confederation is entitled to establish the amount of membership fees and the terms of their payment.
      • 8. It has the right to cooperate with other organizations, institutions, and individuals to achieve its goals and objectives.
    • 4.2. Responsibilities of the Confederation:
      • 1. The Confederation undertakes to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the territory of its activities.
      • 2. It undertakes to ensure transparency and openness of its activities to members of the Confederation and the public.
      • 3. The Confederation undertakes to protect the interests and rights of its members, ensuring them equal opportunities for development and self-realization.
      • 4. It undertakes to regularly inform members of the Confederation about its activities, events held, and achievements.
      • 5. The Confederation undertakes to conduct its activities in accordance with the principles of honesty, fairness, and professionalism.
      • 6. It undertakes to promote interaction and cooperation among members of the Confederation, creating conditions for the exchange of experience and knowledge.
      • 7. The Confederation undertakes to provide members of the Confederation with access to information resources necessary for their development and education.
      • 8. It undertakes to develop and improve its activities, striving to achieve the set goals and objectives.
  5. Changes and Additions
    • 5.1. The Confederation reserves the right to make changes and additions to this Offer without prior notice.
    • 5.2. Any changes will be published on the Confederation’s official website.
