1. General Provisions

1.1. This offer (hereinafter — the “Offer”) is an official public proposal by “Global Talent Confederation” (hereinafter — the “Confederation”) for membership under the terms set out in this document.

1.2. Any individual or legal entity, by accepting this Offer (hereinafter — the “Participant”), agrees to all of its terms in full. The acceptance of the Offer is the payment of the membership fee after completing and submitting the application on the official website of the Confederation.

2. Membership Terms

2.1. Membership in the Confederation is open to all creative and professional individuals who have confirmed achievements in their field and are striving to develop their potential. This includes, but is not limited to, artists, musicians, actors, businesspeople, IT specialists, and marketers.

2.2. To join, you must fill out the application form on the Confederation’s website and choose one of the offered membership packages:

  • Gold Package: For professionals who want to gain recognition and start international collaboration.

  • Platinum Package: For experts who seek to expand their network and gain access to exclusive resources.

  • Diamond Package: For outstanding figures who want to take a leading position in their industry and achieve maximum international influence.

2.3. The amount and payment procedure for the membership fee are determined by the chosen membership package. Payment can be made in a single sum or in installments, according to the terms on the website.

2.4. Membership packages provide Participants with access to exclusive resources, including publications, participation in events, and the opportunity to interact with other professionals and like-minded individuals.

2.5. Membership Duration Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. Renewal is at the Participant’s discretion.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Participant

3.1. Rights:

  • The Participant has the right to receive a personalized certificate and a prestigious medal in accordance with the chosen membership package.

  • The Participant may also use the official emblem of the Confederation on their website or in their portfolio.

  • The Participant’s name and their work may be published on the Confederation’s website and in partner publications.

  • The Participant gets the opportunity to participate in the Confederation’s annual events.

  • The Participant may take part in online training, conferences, webinars, and other educational events organized by the Confederation.

  • The Participant may lead their own masterclasses, exchange experiences, and organize events under the auspices of the Confederation.

  • The Participant has the right to use their status as a member of the Confederation to confirm their professional or creative level.

3.2. Obligations:

  • The Participant must have unique achievements in their field, confirmed by awards, diplomas, successful projects, exhibitions, or performances.

  • The Participant must strive for a high quality of their work and demonstrate professionalism.

  • The Participant is obliged to adhere to ethical norms and principles, not violate copyrights, and respect the intellectual property of other Confederation members.

  • The Participant must actively participate in the Confederation’s events and projects.

  • The membership fee does not include additional costs associated with participation in events, such as travel, accommodation, or the production of special awards.

  • To participate in the annual congress, the Participant must pay the fee no later than 2 months before the event date.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Confederation

4.1. Rights of the Confederation:

  • The Confederation has the right to establish criteria and conditions for membership.

  • The Confederation may admit and exclude Participants in accordance with its internal rules.

  • The Confederation has the right to organize events, competitions, and other activities to support Participants.

  • The Confederation has the right to use information about Participants in accordance with the privacy policy and the goals of the Confederation.

  • The Confederation has the right to set the amount and payment procedure for membership fees.

4.2. Obligations of the Confederation:

  • The Confederation undertakes to operate within the law.

  • The Confederation undertakes to ensure the transparency of its activities for Participants.

  • The Confederation undertakes to protect the interests and rights of its Participants, ensuring equal opportunities for development.

  • The Confederation undertakes to regularly inform Participants about its activities, news, and upcoming events.

5. Changes and Additions

5.1. The Confederation reserves the right to make changes and additions to this Offer without prior notice. 5.2. All changes will be published on the official website of the Confederation and will take effect from the moment of publication.
